A varied role which can evolve according to the individual's needs and availability. The successful applicant must be excellent in administration and be a good communicator. Level headed and a sense of humour essential!

Restaurant Manager

Opportunity to take sole responsibility for an established Michelin Star Restaurant. Similar previous experience essential but ready for increased responsibility.


Job:
Receptionist

Ideal for a well presented, self motivated person with good social and administration skills.

Duties include meeting and greeting guests, taking reservations, handling correspondence and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. We would consider either a full or part time position with flexible working hours.


Job: Beauty Therapist

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy required.

Duties include performing all treatments on guests & maintaining cleanliness of spa area. We would consider either a full or part time position with flexible working hours. Full E'Spa training given.

Job: Chef de Partie

Minimum experience within a 2 AA Rosette establishment required.

Must have drive and passion and willingness to work as part of the team. Great opportunity to train in a Michelin Star kitchen.
